The PATHS Verified Resource designation helps users identify organizations whose information has been independently reviewed.
What PATHS Verification Means
When an organization earns the PATHS Verified Resource badge, it means our team has completed a defined review of their submitted information, which may include confirming:
Legal or operating name
Active contact information
Physical or service location
Website and online presence
Current services and programs
Population and ages served
Service coverage area
Intake procedures and referral process
Licensing, certifications, or registrations (when applicable)
Organizational documentation
Authorized representative
What Verification Does NOT Mean
PATHS Verification confirms that certain information was reviewed as of a specific date. It is not a guarantee of service quality, safety, client outcomes, regulatory compliance, or current availability unless those factors are specifically included in the verification process.

Not VerifiedOrganization has not applied for or completed verification.
Verification RequestedOrganization has expressed interest in verification.
Under ReviewPATHS team is actively reviewing the organization's submitted information.
Additional Information RequiredPATHS has requested additional documentation before completing review.
VerifiedOrganization has passed PATHS's defined review process.
Verification ExpiringVerification is approaching its renewal deadline.
Verification ExpiredPrevious verification has lapsed and renewal is needed.
SuspendedVerification has been temporarily suspended pending review of new information.
Verification Process
- 1Submit your organization through the directory listing form.
- 2Once your listing is published, apply for PATHS Verification.
- 3Our team will review your submitted information and contact you if additional documentation is needed.
- 4Upon successful review, your organization receives a unique verification identification number, badge, and expiration date.
- 5Verification must be renewed periodically to maintain the PATHS Verified Resource designation.
